The purposes for which the U.S. Agriculture Partnership Fund is formed are to support shared values between agricultural producers and the public to ensure our nation’s food supply remains abundant, affordable, and safe. The U.S. Agriculture Partnership Fund works alongside state agricultural organizations to provide public education and resources to meet the state’s needs.
U.S. Agriculture Partnership Fund is organized as a non-profit organization under Section 501(c)4 of the Internal Revenue Code
* Any contributions, donations, or gifts to the US Agriculture Partnership Fund are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
